This ongoing mentorship is for women who’ve completed the Threshold: A Menopause Mentorship and wish to continue receiving steady guidance and companionship through their next season of change.
You’ll deepen the practices from your Menopause Toolkit, explore new layers of your story, and stay gently supported as your rhythms continue to evolve.
Includes:
Six private 60-minute sessions (one each month for six months)
Reflection notes or journaling prompts after each session
Optional email check-ins between sessions
Additional personalized handouts and resources as needed
Session Availability:
Zoom sessions: Monday–Thursday
In-person sessions for retreat alumni: Saturdays at the Osage Forest of Peace (by request)
All six sessions must be completed within six months of your first meeting

Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a $65 session fee.
All sales are final; sessions are non-transferable.
