This agreement contains important information about your participation in the retreat. Please read it fully before agreeing on the Osage Forest of Peace registration page.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the retreat designated above. I am voluntarily participating in the retreat with knowledge that travel involves numerous risks an dangers including, but not limited to, a risk of illness, injury or death, which may be caused by: forces of nature, road conditions, uneven trails, injuries inflicted by animals, insects, reptiles or plants, trails, lodging, vehicles, or other means of conveyance. I accept full responsibility for my own choices and wellbeing while on the property and during retreat activities.

I understand that retreat activities may involve movement, meditation, breathwork, ritual, or emotional exploration, and that I am responsible for listening to my body and making choices that support my own wellbeing. RED EARTH CIRCLE, LLC, DBA JENI ENNS, their affiliated organizations and their employees, teachers, volunteers or other agencies in connection with said retreat, is not responsible for any physical, mental, emotional, or any other reaction, trauma, or ailment during the retreat or occurring afterwards, that participants may experience at the site or from any leaders, workshops, or sessions of any kind, including private sessions with facilitators or presenters.

RED EARTH CIRCLE, LLC, DBA JENI ENNS does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. We do not guarantee any specific results from our programs, coaching, retreats, or products. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.

RELEASE

AS LAWFUL CONSIDERATION for being permitted by RED EARTH CIRCLE, LLC, DBA JENI ENNS, to participate in such retreat and accompanying activities, I hereby agree that I, my heirs, legal representatives or any member of my family will not make a claim against or sue RED EARTH CIRCLE, LLC, DBA JENI ENNS, or any of their affiliated agents, employees, teachers or volunteers, for bodily injury, death, emotional trauma or property damage resulting from my participation in the retreat. I release and discharge RED EARTH CIRCLE, LLC, DBA JENI ENNS from liability for such ordinary risks. RED EARTH CIRCLE, LLC, DBA JENI ENNS reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person whose actions, physical heath, mental condition or general deportment impede retreat operation or rights, welfare or enjoyment of other retreat members.

Upon acceptance of my participation, this agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into at BROKEN ARROW, OKLAHOMA, and shall be construed according to the laws of the State of OKLAHOMA. In the unlikely event a legal dispute should arise involving any subject matter whatsoever, I agree that the exclusive venue for any legal action shall be BROKEN ARROW, OKLAHOMA, USA.

KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION

I have carefully read and fully understand the contents of this agreement. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a legally binding and enforceable.
