You’ve held it all together for so long.
And now, something in you is whispering… I can’t keep doing life this way.
You’re exhausted in your body, mind, and soul. The fog won’t lift. The smallest things feel like too much.
Your moods swing from tenderness to rage, and even you barely recognize yourself anymore.
You wake at 3 a.m., heart pounding, thoughts racing through every regret, every “what if.”
Your doctor shrugs and suggests antidepressants.
Your partner doesn’t understand why you need so much space.
And your friends…well, they joke about hot flashes, but none of it feels funny to you.
You’re not broken, dear one.
You’re becoming.
This is not the end of your vitality. It’s the threshold of your transformation.
You just need a map, a guide, and a safe place to listen for the woman who’s emerging underneath it all.
You've been told what menopause is.
But nobody has told you what YOUR menopause means.
What if you had a clear understanding of what’s happening in your body and spirit, along with a personalized toolkit to help you move through it with steadiness, softness, and self-trust?
What if you could wake up in the morning feeling clear and calm again, able to meet your days with grounded confidence and compassion for yourself?
What if someone actually looked at your full story, your body, your hormones, your emotions, your spirit, and built you a personal compass that shows you exactly where you are and a toolkit of exactly what to do about it?
That's what this is.
This is what Your Personal Midlife Compass Package is designed to offer you.
Here’s the truth.
Your doctor has about 7 minutes per appointment. Your therapist sees emotions. Your naturopath sees constitution. Google gives you 47 million results and none of them are about YOU.
You've been assembling your own menopause puzzle from scattered fragments. A podcast about hormones here. A blog about supplements there.
A friend who jokes about hot flashes and tells you to just push through it.
But no one has looked at the whole picture. No one has taken YOUR specific menstrual history, YOUR current signs and signals, YOUR emotional landscape, YOUR relationships, YOUR spiritual terrain, and said:
Here is where you are.
Here is what's happening.
Here is what you can do about it.
That is exactly what Your Personal Midlife Compass does.
You will feel deeply seen by Jeni Enns, a menopause doula who will walk this path with you.
Where a doctor spends five minutes, I spend five hours.
Because your story deserves to be truly heard, and your compass deserves to be built by hand.
✨ YOUR PERSONAL MIDLIFE COMPASS
A map with your name on it.
By the end of this journey with me, you’ll have a clear understanding of your menopause transition, a personalized toolkit of practices to support you physically and emotionally, and renewed confidence and calm to carry into the next season of your life.
You’ll no longer feel like you’re wandering through the fog alone.
You’ll have a framework, language, and rhythm that help you meet each day with more trust in your own wisdom.
Hi, I’m Jeni
As a menopause doula, educator, and sacred transitions guide, I walk beside women who are navigating the shifting tides of midlife.
This work grew from my own journey of unraveling burnout, sleepless nights, and the quiet ache of wondering who I was becoming.
Over time, I learned that menopause isn’t something to “get through.” It’s an initiation and an invitation to slow down, to listen inward, and to begin again in deeper alignment with the woman you are now.
I offer a space that feels like a warm cup of tea and an exhale. We’ll explore your story, your symptoms, your longings, and the rhythms that truly nourish you. Together, we’ll begin to weave your personalized Menopause Compass and Toolkit, two documents that map where you are now and give simple, soulful practices to help you feel steady, clear, and at peace in your body.
This work is my calling. It’s tender, it’s practical, and it’s sacred.
And I would be honored to walk this threshold with you.
What Is a Menopause Doula?
The role of a menopause doula is still emerging but it’s powerful and essential. Think of it as more than a coach, more than a mentor… a compassionate companion and educator through this profound life passage.
A menopause doula offers education, emotional support, and guidance, grounded in both lived wisdom and informed resources. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care. Instead, the doula holds sacred, relational space to help you understand what’s happening in your body, help you speak your needs, and co-create practices and rhythms that support your whole being.
Here’s what a menopause doula does and what you will benefit from:
Holistic education & clarity
I’ll walk beside you, helping you make sense of hormonal shifts, cycles, symptoms, and transitions. Together we demystify what the body is doing, what feels normal, what you might explore further so you feel less lost, more grounded.Emotional & spiritual holding
This transition often brings grief, rage, doubt, identity shifts, and deep yearning. A doula offers a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can voice your fears, be seen in your sorrow, and tend to what’s coming up.Personalized toolkit & rhythms
Based on your story, your current reality, and your energies, I’ll help you build a practical yet sacred toolkit with rituals, self-care practices, daily and seasonal rhythms that actually feel doable and nourishing.Advocacy & communication support
It’s common to feel misunderstood by healthcare providers or unsupported by those around you. I help you cultivate the language and confidence to communicate your needs, prepare for appointments, and make decisions that feel aligned.Ongoing adjustment & refinement
Menopause is not static. As your body shifts, life changes, emotions move, the support must evolve. That’s why in this package there’s a session for integration and adaptation.Rooted in relationship, not algorithm
This isn’t a “one-size-fits-all program.” Our work is collaborative. You and I co-create what works for you. I listen first. I don’t impose. I adjust as we go.
Because the menopause doula field is still growing, each doula works a bit differently. But at its heart, this role is about holding what medicine often overlooks: the interior life, the emotional terrain, the sacred threshold of change.

What We’ll Do Together
Before We Meet: Your Intake Form
To honor your story with care, you’ll receive a thorough intake form after purchase. It’s an invitation to slow down and reflect.
Take your time. Many women complete it over a few days.
What it covers: your cycle and health history, current experiences and symptoms, sleep and stress, relationships, emotional/spiritual landscape, and what you most want from our time together.
Privacy: Your responses are confidential and for our work together only.
We’ll use your intake as the foundation for our first session so I can listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and begin to connect the dots with you.
Session 1: Your Menopause Story & Assessment
A 75–90 minute, heart-centered conversation where you get to lay everything down.
We’ll explore your story, such as your body’s changes, your emotions, your relationships, your longings, and start connecting the dots.
You’ll leave feeling seen, understood, and already a little lighter.
Session 2: The Personalized Compass and Toolkit
About 1–2 weeks later, we meet again.
You’ll receive your Menopause Toolkit, which is a customized guide with practices, rhythms, and reflections designed just for you. We’ll co-create simple next steps that support your unique body, heart, and life.
Session 3: Integration & Reflection
Four to six weeks later, we’ll meet once more to check in, reflect on what’s shifting, and refine your toolkit. This is your time to celebrate progress, release pressure, and deepen into what’s working.
What You’ll Receive
3 private sessions (75, 60, and 60 minutes)
Your personalized Menopause Compass and Toolkit (PDF)
Additional handouts and printable materials (recipes, journaling prompts, guides, etc.)
